Roles & Resonsibilities
- Lead global organic content planning across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day global social channels, driving engagement, performance, and community connection.
- Create and deliver high-quality organic and social content that builds brand affinity and drives conversion.
- Own the Creator Studio process, from ideation and briefing to approval and rollout.
- Drive efficient, always-on content production with a scalable, performance-led mindset.
- Support paid content development and live optimisation in partnership with Digital and Brand teams.
- Manage global content localisation with local markets, including copy, creators, and influencers.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to inform content optimisation and brand decisions.
- Act as the voice of the audience by tracking trends, sentiment, and competitor activity.
- Contribute to brand planning, influencer concepts, and major global activations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support marketing operations as needed.
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in content marketing, brand, or social media management, ideally with exposure to global or fast-paced brands.
- Passion and relevant experience in social-first content, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with results in driving engagement
- Awareness of pop culture, social trends, and platform innovation, with the ability to turn them into relevant, brand-right content.
- Any relevant content production experience (both scrappy and polished)
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Interest and some experience in using data and insights to test, report, and refine content strategies.
- Passionate about storytelling and brand building, with a commercial mindset and eye for creative detail.
