We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social and Community Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering and maintaining our online community presence, creating engaging content, and implementing social media strategies to support our brand goals.

What You Will Do
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts across various platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt our approach accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and events
What You Will Bring to the Table
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or community coordination
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $79,000 - $98,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
