Social Community Manager @ Midi Health: 💬👩‍⚕️

Help us build and nurture a vibrant community of women dedicated to their health and wellness. As Midi Health's Social Community Manager, you'll foster connections across social platforms, forums, and other digital spaces, bringing our mission to life through meaningful engagement and creative campaigns.

  • Be the primary voice of Midi Health's community, creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering space.
  • Drive engaging campaigns like challenges, contests, and live Q&A sessions to strengthen community bonds.
  • Oversee the Friends and Family Program, empowering brand advocates to share their experiences.
  • Manage reviews on platforms like BBB and Trustpilot, ensuring a positive, professional brand representation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer experience teams to deliver consistent value and messaging.

  • Driving patient acquisition and customer advocacy.

What You Will Need to Succeed: 🌱

  • Proven experience as a Social Community Manager or a similar role for a consumer brand. Ideally with a focus on marketing products to women.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
  • Strong conflict resolution and moderation skills to navigate challenging conversations with empathy.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Groups, Discord, Reddit, and review sites such as BBB and Trustpilot.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to developing content and engagement opportunities.
  • Passion for women’s health and a genuine desire to support and uplift the community.

The Interview Process Will Include: 📚

  • Recruiter Screen (30 min)
  • Hiring Manager Interview (45 min)
  • Project-Based Assessment (1 hour)
  • Final Team Interviews (2-3 hours)

This role requires authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship, including visa transfers. 

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
