The Social Commerce Sr Promotional Strategist will partner with national brands in building and executing holistic commercialization strategies across pricing, promotion, and assortment. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, retail commercialization, and social commerce, helping brands maximize sales, visibility, and consumer engagement across leading social platforms including TikTok, META, and YouTube.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive commercialization strategies for national brands encompassing pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel‑specific approaches.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable roadmaps that drive incremental sales, reach, and retail performance.
- Evaluate competitive landscapes and category dynamics to recommend winning positioning and commercialization tactics.
- Leverage platform insights and trends to erecommend campaigns, product opportunities and other tentpole moments
- Conduct robust pricing and elasticity analyses to identify optimal everyday and promotional price strategies.
- Build promotional calendars aligned with consumer insights, platform behaviors, and retail partner needs.
- Develop assortment frameworks that align with audience preferences, channel nuances, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance data across retail and social platforms to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, brand partners, and leadership teams.
- Develop test‑and‑learn strategies to continually refine commercialization approaches.
- Partner closely with buying, planning, and broader social teams to ensure cohesive execution of commercialization strategies
- Influence stakeholders with data‑supported storytelling, strong collaboration, and deep category understanding.
- Support retailer conversations with insights, strategic recommendations, and commercialization narratives.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of retail exposure, background in strategic brand management and/or planning roles (content and/or merchandising) and driving commercial outcomes.
Experience crafting growth strategies and reacting to data to build a sustainable ecosystem.
Education: Bacherlor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA Preferred.
