Position Overview
Global Guardian's Asset Security Division is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the Security Operations Center Operator role to join our fast-paced Charlotte, NC office.
The Security Operations Center Operator will cross train in the Video monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking.
We are looking for a team member who is extremely efficient and wants to grow with us.

Position Overview
Global Guardian's Asset Security Division is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the Security Operations Center Operator role to join our fast-paced Charlotte, NC office.
The Security Operations Center Operator will cross train in the Video monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking.
We are looking for a team member who is extremely efficient and wants to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities
- Dispatch local authorities when necessary
- Able to handle life-saving situations utilizing event driven Artificial Intelligence
- Respond to events and alarms for Video Monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking
- Conduct site guard tours and immediate response to panic alarms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and prepare incident reports for any events
- 1-3 years' experience in the security industry preferred
- Military and / or security background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and has a strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other corporate team members and operational team members
