About the role

As the SOC Manager, you will lead our Security Operations Center team, ensuring efficient detection, triage, and response to security incidents. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SOC operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for cybersecurity.

As a RADICL (SOC Manager), you will:

• Leadership & Team Management: 

• • Oversee SOC analysts and engineers, providing mentorship and performance management. 

• • Develop staffing plans, hiring strategies and schedules to maintain 24/7 coverage. 

• Operational Excellence: 

• • Ensure timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents. 

• • Maintain and improve SOC processes, playbooks, and KPIs. 

• • Collaborate with other RADICL teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. 

• Technology & Process Optimization: 

• • Manage SOC tools to ensure optimal performance. 

• • Drive automation, orchestration, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency. 

• Client Engagement: 

• • Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents. 
  • Provide detailed reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

 Your skillset/experience should include:

• Education & Experience: 

• • 5+ years in SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 

• Technical Skills: 

• • Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms. 

• • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response methodologies. 

• • Familiarity with agentic AI tools 

• Soft Skills: 

• • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
     

About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.

The pay range for this role is:

175,000 USD per year (Boulder, CO)
