About the role
As the SOC Manager, you will lead our Security Operations Center team, ensuring efficient detection, triage, and response to security incidents. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SOC operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for cybersecurity.

As a RADICL (SOC Manager), you will:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee SOC analysts and engineers, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Develop staffing plans, hiring strategies and schedules to maintain 24/7 coverage.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents.
- Maintain and improve SOC processes, playbooks, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with other RADICL teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
- Technology & Process Optimization:
- Manage SOC tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive automation, orchestration, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Your skillset/experience should include:
- Education & Experience:
- 5+ years in SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response methodologies.
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
