RESPONSIBILITIES

• The person in this role is expected to own and lead collation and reporting of end-to-end security operations trends and metrics. It is expected that the person effectively collaborates and coordinates with SecOps leads and other partners for maintaining various dashboards and reports.

• Utilizes analytics platforms and technologies (like PowerBI, Tableau , ELK, etc) as needed and used in Unilever.

• Keeps updated with latest industry trends and work closely with SecOps team to ensure appropriate comparative trends are available for reporting.

• Participates in custom data and report requirement discussions with stakeholders (such as internal/external auditors, insurers, BISOs, Cyber LT, Assurance Coordinators, etc). Identifies and communicates feasibility and approach, undertake and follow-up actions till timely delivery and successful conclusion.

• Ensures that all metrics are recorded and reported appropriately, timely and definitions/criteria documented comprehensively.

• Reviews incident management compliance, SLAs and metrics along with security operations leads and escalates non-compliance and breach of SLAs.

• Ensures timely and effective reporting and customized communication of incident trends and metrics.

KEY REQUIREMENTS (Education, Work Experience & Skills)

• Senior resource ~10-12 yrs experience (prior background in analytics and data science)

• Amazing team person with strong ethics, Great communicator and Impactful Storyteller

• Experience presenting to auditors and senior stakeholders

• Skilled in ingesting raw data, structured/unstructured data, conducting correlations and analysis to build trends

• Skilled in creating Power BI dashboards
