Snr Solution Architect

What success looks like in this role:

This role supports a complex, multi-platform application used by Unisys Digital Workplace Services (DWS). As the DWS tooling team builds a center of excellence for with a strong focus on SalesForce development, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role and help shape business and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Independently manage tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Design and develop application integrations and configure software for deployment.
• Create system documentation and train support teams.
• Develop and execute system test plans.
• Provide deep technical support, including integrations with other strategic Unisys systems

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Functional Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Integrating other systems with Salesforce
  • Task Recording & UAT Preparation
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Functional Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Integrating other systems with ServiceNow
  • Task Recording & UAT Preparation
• Proficiency in:
• Azure Subscription Management & AI Services
• Azure Integration Services (AIS)
• Azure DevOps (ADO) – (CI/CD Pipelines, Harbor Server, SonarQube Server, Dependency Track, etc.)
• Test Automation Frameworks (Selenium)
• Agile frameworks
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
