Working within the Sandoz Enterprise Program, you will support the design, implementation, and operation of integrated SAP-based serialization platforms that ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as template steward for SAP ATTP, managing changes via change requests and ensuring global design consistency, clear core principles, and regulatory compliance
Design and deliver end-to-end serialization and track & trace solutions, covering product hierarchies, serial number generation and management, aggregation, commissioning, decommissioning, verification, and regulatory reporting
Architect and integrate SAP ATTP with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRH, ensuring compliant batch status handling, release decisions, and alignment between manufacturing, quality, and serialization processes
Lead track & trace system integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring secure, compliant, and auditable exchange of serialization events and reporting data
Own system integrations and interfaces, including SAP CPI or equivalent middleware, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and auditability
Execute SAP ATTP move waves, including preparation, execution, validation impact assessments, and cutover planning aligned with SAP recommendations
Oversee validation ownership, ensuring delivery of validation documentation (FRS/URS, FS/DS, IQ/OQ/PQ, summary reports, traceability matrices, and approvals) in compliance with global standards
KPI: Ensure on-time, compliant delivery of serialization solutions across assigned programs and sites
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Strong experience as a Solution Analyst or Functional Lead for SAP ATTP and SAP ICH in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
Proven expertise in serialization and track & trace processes, including regulatory requirements across global markets
Hands-on experience integrating SAP ATTP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRH, and external track & trace systems
Solid understanding of GxP validation, including documentation, testing, and audit readiness
Experience with SAP CPI or comparable middleware for complex system integrations
Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into compliant technical solutions
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desirable Requirements:
Prior experience with global SAP template programs or ERP transformations
Experience supporting serialization system audits, health authority inspections, or regulatory submissions
