Major accountabilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear, well‑documented requirements.
- Solution Design: Design Ariba solutions across Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) and Downstream (Buying & Invoicing), ensuring they fit business processes and global template standards.
- iCertis Integration Support: Support and maintain the integration between Ariba and iCertis for contract authoring and contract lifecycle processes.
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure Ariba modules, support deployments, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between Ariba, S/4HANA, iCertis, and other connected systems; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Testing Support: Create and execute test scenarios; support UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the link between IT, business users, external partners, and deployment teams to ensure clear and effective collaboration.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for solution design, configurations, processes, and test results.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to end‑users, including training materials or hands‑on sessions when needed.
- Compliance: Ensure that all solutions follow internal governance, process standards, and regulatory requirements.
