- 廠內進/出貨管理。
- 庫存及生產報表管理。
- 完成其他主管交辦事項。

Skills Required
- Execute production plans and coordinate with departments to meet efficiency and zero-defect quality goals.
- Investigate, analyze, and correct production abnormalities.
- Maintain normal plant operations and ensure continuous product production.
- Implement and follow EHS (environment, health, safety) and quality systems.
- Perform raw material and product inspection and analysis.
- Carry out basic equipment maintenance and routine servicing.
- Assist in establishing and standardizing documents, procedures, and work steps.
- Analyze causes of process equipment failures and implement improvements.
- Identify and drive improvements to production efficiency.
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and on-site logistics.
- Manage inventory and prepare production reports.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
