5. Project & Asset Management

 ·       Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades across campus.

 ·       Review design proposals and ensure alignment with operational needs and compliance standards.

 ·       Develop and implement asset management strategies and lifecycle planning.

  

6. Team Leadership & Development

 ·       Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, supervisors, and facilities staff.

 ·       Conduct performance management, training, and capability development.

 ·       Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture.

  

7. Stakeholder Engagement

 ·       Work closely with school leadership, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

 Requirements & Qualifications


Education


·       Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field


Experience


·       Minimum 8 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably within education, institutional, or large-scale environments


·       Proven track record in IFM operations, contract management, and project delivery


Technical Competencies


·       Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building operations, and maintenance practices


·       Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and compliance frameworks


·       Experience in budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
