Job Description

A bit more about this role: 

This 8-12 week internship that will focus on a key area of Devoted business

Possibilities include focusing in on: Membership operations, Plan ops, Sales Operations, Marketing, People, New Markets, or Network

Responsibilities will include:

• Complete Medicaid benefit assessments and develop Medicaid benefit reference guides for internal staff
• Support with the organization and operation of Enrollee Advisory Committees through record keeping and meeting notes
• Provide support to the SNP Operations Director and Managers with the implementation of projects to address new Medicare or Medicaid requirements or to support scalability and quality improvement within existing processes. This may include projects to improve condition verification processes for C-SNPs, to address new Medicaid requirements, to conduct costing analyses, and/or to research and identify recommendations to improve member experience.

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
