Your day at Ferring
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
S&OP and Demand Planning: Lead and review monthly forecast cycle execution and deliverables; Own Forecast Accuracy and BIAS for the area and drive Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI); Ensure full alignment between markets and VSL on forecast assumptions and changes; Support regional head on budget and cost monitoring
Supply Optimization & Product Availability: Optimize product availability across the area; Oversee supply management for markets, liaising with Operations, VSLs, and market teams; Drive resolution for Out-of-Stock (OoS), Very Low Cover, and Low Cover situations; Coordinate NPL (New Product Launches) ensuring alignment between Global Teams and markets.
Market support and Partnership: Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with markets; Connect markets with appropriate stakeholders for tasks such as SKU reintroductions and phase-outs; Identify process improvements to reduce complexity and enhance collaboration; Support onboarding of colleagues in SNO and in the markets and drive supply chain skills development.

We expect the ideal candidate to have below qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or another relevant scientific or business discipline.
Extensive experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, or Demand Planning within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
Experience in Demand Planning is preferred, with exposure to Kinaxis, SAP, or other demand planning tools considered a strong plus
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making in a matrix organization.
Strategic mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
