Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and conceptualize seasonal collections for women’s sneaker lines, ensuring designs align with brand aesthetics, functionality requirements, and market trends
  • Manage the design process, collaborating to create and present designs and color palettes that reflect current trends and meet consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate product development processes, ensuring timely launch of designs in line with seasonal schedules.
  • Strive to enhance the quality and value of products by staying abreast of production techniques and advancements in materials and manufacturing processes
  • Apply technical knowledge of product construction and components to inform design decisions and optimize product performance
  • Evaluate the performance of seasonal collections to inform future design directions and product assortments, with a focus on maximizing market appeal and profitability
  • Manage and track project timelines according to production and development schedules to ensure timely delivery of designs
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and digital landscape dynamics, incorporating insights into design concepts.
  • Support all other creative-related areas

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as a designer with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s / Masters’ degree in Fashion Design
  • Analytical and able to understand market demands
  • Strong communication, organizational and delegation skills with the ability to navigate between creative and business
  • Pro-active and able to multitask and prioritize
  • Reliable team player and team builder
  • Fun, vibrant and outgoing personality with positive attitude
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore
