Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Canada! We are looking for some who leads, coordinates and/or facilitates cross functional business and technical teams with direct and dotted line reporting to achieve project objectives in support of the company’s goals and annual operating plan. Responsible for the entire life cycle, including cost, schedule and technical performance, of assigned program/portfolio(s). Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Leads/Coordinates and secures required resources and used formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Problem Solving:

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Impact:

  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus

Compensation

Salary Range: CAD $86,000 – $96,000. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
