Position Overview
Vantage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented engineering talent to join our team. This is a general posting for talent that attended the Engineering Career fair at SMU - Southern Methodist University.

Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree.
Rising Junior or Senior status
Minimum GPA requirement – 3.5
Previous Internship experience preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent teamwork ability and can-do approach; a healthy disregard for the impossible!
Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
