The “SMT Technical Manager " responsible for work on the Quality of the
line, capacity, efficiency, down time reduction; new technology
introduction, continuous improvement, process validation and supervising
the engineering performance.

Knowledge in SMT area:
o Reflow
o Stencil and printing
o Cam-Cad
o SMT programming Soldering Knowledge for SMT/TH component
Strong Quality/SPC Systems
Strain analysis experience
DOE & problem-solving techniques experience
GR&R/ CPK analysis
Experience on software and applications development.
Knowledge of Hazardous wastes, chemicals handling and
non-hazardous waste disposition. Knowledge of Air
Emissions, residual water, Energy consumptions and ISO14001 and ISO 45001 Standard

• Monitor KPI and manage action plans to complete them in a timely

• Lead the technicians to resolve production issues that may occur on
• the manufacturing floor. • Lead Kaizen and lean Manufacturing activities in the area under
• responsibility. • Generate an annual project, significant and associated to the
• problems of the plant and cost reduction. • Develop process focused in quality standards and customer
• requirements • Define manufacturing concepts to support VAD. • Define validation plans for manufacturing process. • Create 4 Block for new projects and equipment’s. • Buy new equipment according with VAD (Value Add Development)
• for a new project.
• Control expenses and manage cost reduction thru projects.
• Analyze and correction of customer complaints in 8D's and their
• follow-up in a timely manner.
• Analyze and prevent manufacturing process risks.
• Administrate and optimize the human and material resources
• Comply with the evaluation of the personnel in charge in a timely
• manner.
• Work with other engineering staff to ensure there is adequate
• technology depth in the organization and identifies role model and/or
• best practices.
• Provide Guidance & Leadership to Manufacturing
