YOUR ROLE
As a SMT Process Engineer on our team, you will be providing technical support in the SMT Assembly process, coordinate activities in maintenance and engineering and support to manufacturing departments.
In your daily job you will:
- Provide Technical support to SMT Equipment.
- Identify failure modes in SMT Equipment and provide root cause analysis and repair
- Review, identify and request critical spare part for SMT Equipment
- Participate in the new Engineering programs and activities.
- Leading projects to Improve productivity and efficiency in the SMT equipment
- Review and execute maintenance activities for SMT equipment
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- +3-4 years of experience as a SMT manufacturing or process engineer.
- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing processes, including Solder Paste, SPI, SMT, Reflow, Through-Hole (TH), AOI, X-Ray, and Selective Soldering
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT equipment
- Experience in new PCB product introduction (NPI) through SMT processes
- Advanced English
