Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
-
Verification of the process ability of electronic and electro-mechanic components for the respective PCBA assembly processes: like SMD insertion and soldering valid for all plants of the ME division;

Components documental analysis (datasheets, specifications, drawings, norms, etc);

Support to all production plants for any technical related issue;

Execution of the component processability release documents;

Technical discussions with development and components suppliers.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- 1 or more years’ experience on SMT manufacturing or semiconductor industry;
- Technical background on SMT manufacturing: Generalist knowledge and experience on SMT technologies (Reflow, Wave, Pick&Place, Paste printing, AOI) and manufacturing procedures;
- Experience with IPC standards (IPC-A610, IPC-JSTD001, etc) and other components related standards (AEQC-100, etc.);
- Very good experience with statistical tools;
- Analytical mindset;
- Good Knowhow on IT tools: Office, CAD, Mini-tab
- Ability for technical discussion and argumentation with development and components suppliers within SE (Simultaneous Engineering) situations;
- Availability to travel;
- Good communications and relationship skills,
- High level in English knowledge is mandatory.
