About this role
We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable and resilient Administration Assistant to support our National SMSF team in Sydney.
Key responsibilities
Draft emails to clients based on ATO and audit correspondence received
Assist the team with preparing client letters and other documentation
Assist SMSF accountants with compiling completed SMSF annual packages (financial statements, tax returns) using Class Super software
Assist SMSF accountants with annual tax return lodgements
Liaison with SMSF auditors, including tracking of audits and assistance with SMSF audit queries
Liaison with external banks, brokers and financial advisors with information required
Preparation of invoices
Scanning, filing and updating of client data and documentation, including data entry in Class Super for a portfolio of funds
Skills and experience
Previous administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
High level of organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Experience / interest in the superannuation and accounting industry would be highly regarded

Skills Required
- Previous administrative experience in a professional services or corporate environment
