Neo Group is on the lookout for a SMM Content Manager to join our Content Team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive tasks from the SMM team and distribute them among authors working in 11 languages.
- Edit materials and ensure they comply with content guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for content improvement to authors.
- Monitor the workload of authors across different languages.
- Conduct workshops for authors on creating effective SMM texts.
- Develop content guidelines to streamline authors’ work and update the existing editorial policy for SMM content.
- At least 2 years of experience working with SMM content.
- Strong understanding of content principles for social media.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Copywriting and content editing skills.
- Excellent command of Russian and great attention to detail.
