About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Analyst specially for Youtube to join our team at Maskoid Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube strategies to enhance channel growth, increase engagement, and drive audience retention. This role focuses on YouTube content optimization, Video SEO, Youtube analytics, and audience engagement strategies to maximize reach and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage YouTube marketing strategies to enhance channel growth and audience engagement using social media.
• Conduct audience research to optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and execute organic YouTube campaigns to drive traffic, subscriptions, and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze YouTube performance metrics using tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing thumbnails, video descriptions, and engaging video content.
• Manage and maintain a YouTube content calendar, schedule video uploads, and track engagement metrics.
• Identify and engage with YouTube influencers and brand advocates for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Perform competitor analysis and recommend improvements to YouTube strategies for better performance.
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience Upto 6 months to 2+ years of experience in YouTube marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices for audience growth and engagement.
• Experience with YouTube SEO, YouTube Studio, and video optimization tools.
• Ability to analyze YouTube analytics and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent scriptwriting, video description writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities to enhance video content strategy.
