Focused on supporting the creation of Enterprise level analysis, insights, and reporting on Sales and Marketing performance through high-quality presentation development and foundational data analysis. This role partners closely with senior analysts to translate data into clear, executive ready deliverables that enable leadership decision making. The position also supports deeper dive analysis by extracting and interpreting data from existing reporting tools such as Power BI. Strong attention to detail and a developing analytical mindset is critical for success in this role.
Essential Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation & Deliverable Development:
- Develop and refine executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with leadership expectations
- Translate data outputs, dashboards, and analyst insights into compelling visual narratives
- Partner with US/Canada-based analysts to iterate on “next level deep” requests and enhance storytelling
- Data Analysis & Insight Support:
- Extract, compile, and analyze data from existing reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
- Support deeper-dive analyses by identifying trends, variances, and key performance drivers
- Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment between reporting outputs and presentation materials
- Reporting & BI Support
- Leverage existing Power BI dashboards to retrieve and format data for business use
- Perform light report modifications to existing reports to quickly answer business questions
- Assist in maintaining data consistency across reporting outputs
- Ad Hoc & Team Support:
- Respond to ad hoc data and presentation requests from the SMI team
- Support turnaround of time-sensitive deliverables for leadership meetings
- Collaborate across global team members to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – Required
- Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing major - Preferred
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Required
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets - Required
- Business Intelligence skills – Preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written – Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy – Required
