We are looking for a highly driven Subject Matter Expert / Senior Consultant who can bridge business needs with structured execution. This role requires a strong mix of process thinking, documentation expertise, data analysis, and AI-enabled workflow optimization.
You will play a critical role in designing, executing, and improving business processes, while leveraging modern tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into actionable workflows, templates, and process documentation
- Own end-to-end execution from planning and analysis to delivery and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and comparative analysis for decision-making
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Standardize best practices, templates, and documentation frameworks
- Review incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact
- Prepare structured documentation, summaries, and reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders via regular updates and follow-ups
- Track progress, flag risks proactively, and ensure timely closure
- Continuously improve templates, prompts, and workflows
- Leverage AI tools and productivity platforms to accelerate deliverables
- Documentation & Structured Reporting (SOPs, MIS, dashboards, templates)
- Technical Communication & Documentation
- Understanding of Web/Mobile systems, Cloud technologies, APIs & integrations
- Automation & Workflow Optimization (including AI tools)
- Data Analysis & Comparative Evaluation (Excel, dashboards, reporting)
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, GenAI, automation tools)
- Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms or workflow tools
- Familiarity with Power BI / advanced Excel / reporting tools
- Consulting / operations / process excellence background
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or process-driven roles
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
