Key Skills & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in outbound sales, inside sales or customer support.
Comfortable making cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
Clear, neutral, and confident spoken English suitable for global markets.
Strong objection-handling and conversational selling skills.
Ability to follow structured scripts while sounding natural and authentic.
Comfortable using CRM or ticketing tools (Zendesk experience is a plus).
Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection.
Willingness to work aligned to APAC business hours.
