SME Onboarding Administrator
Cairo
Full Time (40 hours) Fixed Term
Shift work – Shifts will fall between Sunday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm UK time

Role Overview
As an Onboarding Administrator, you will support our business customers at the beginning of their journey with us and help to onboard them onto the relevant systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition. You'll be required to answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, intermediaries), providing a professional and dedicated service.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Identifying and collecting appropriate information to facilitate the onboarding of SME B2B customers in response to requests across dual platforms
- Managing the onboarding journey and ensure receipt of all relevant documentation from intermediaries and customers post onboarding to meet both internal and regulatory requirements
- Managing and prioritising a variety of workstreams as required to ensure onboarding activity remains within SLA’s
- Working to targets relating to productivity and quality measures, using a variety of established technical and administrative processes,
- Working effectively within a team, whilst also working independently on required onboarding activity
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Multilingual skills essential, including excellent written and spoken English
Educated to degree level
Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications
