The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:

  • Securing App user acquisition, engagement and monetization to achieve company growth targets
  • Proposing strategies and action plans detailing new revenue streams via App, digital campaigns, key ratios and organizational methods to grow and improve active app users, user engagement and monetization via the App
  • Ensuring Marketing and Sales team work closely to align strategy (meetings, end to end marketing to sales process and user journey touch points and key metrics)
  • Hiring and managing the best internal (e.g. digital marketing specialist) and external (e.g. digital marketing agencies, call centers) talents/resources to foster a high-performance culture geared towards achieving the App transformation

Key Objectives:

1. App User Acquisition

  • Design and execute user acquisition campaigns targeting employees of our corporate clients
  • Manage and optimize paid/organic media campaigns (Google, Meta, influencers, affiliates, app store SEO)
  • Drive install-to-registration conversion
  • Define and optimize acquisition KPIs: App users, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on ad spend (ROAS), Return on Investment (ROI), activation rate, average time to activation, first launch rate etc

2. App User Engagement

  • Build activation journeys for core app services
  • Collaborate with product team to improve in-app behavior: monthly active users, app usage, repeat logins, app rating, NPS
  • Launch high-impact user engagement campaigns using behavioral data and user clustering
  • Define and optimize engagement KPIs: Monthly Active Users (MAU), In-App actions, feature adoption rate, average session length, conversion rate, click-through rate (CTR), Net Promoter Score (NPS) etc

3. App Monetization Strategy

  • Partner with Business and Product team to deliver new revenue streams via the App:

- Retail Media Network (RMN) strategies (sponsored listings, display ads, in-app banners)

- Affiliate & In-app purchase flows (employee savings marketplace, partner promotions)

  • Define and track monetization KPIs: Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), GMV, conversion rate, purchase frequency, Lifetime Value (LTV), Payback etc

4. Scale Digital Marketing Ops & Automation

  • Develop performance-based marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes, marketing efficiency, campaign scalability and maximize ROI
  • Build marketing playbooks and automation workflows (lifecycle, reactivation, churn prediction)
  • Define KPI and manage budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Manage, optimize, and drive measurable digital campaign performance including campaign reporting, dashboarding, and insight extraction
  • Manage and grow the digital marketing team (including external agencies if needed)
  • Work with Sales, Strategy, and Product to align cross-functional execution

5. Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation

  • Campaign management
  • Cold Calling management
  • Mapping prospect data base
  • Identify and monitor the campaign KPIs and performance
  • Marketing automation, CRM integration, and data base improvement

6.  Client Loyalty & Retention

  • Optimize end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & touchpoints (Industrializing and automating lead generation end to end processes)
  • Create and monitor retention campaign efficiency
  • Analyze and identify predictive churn criteria

7.  Optimize the use of digital tools including Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Salesforce)

8.  Create Digital content (working closely with the content and brand marketing team).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in Digital Marketing with proven track record in driving successful digital marketing strategies including B2C campaign management, growth marketing, management of marketing performance budgets
  • Familiarity with app marketing, funnel KPIs, and conversion optimization
  • Experience in high-growth digital platforms, e-commerce, or consumer loyalty ecosystems
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, in-app monetization, or retail media is a strong plus
  • You are responsible, organized, structured, and adaptable with the ability to plan operationally to deal with peaks of activity/exceptional events
  • You are entrepreneurial, have a growth mindset and taste for challenge to develop something from 0 to 1
  • You have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • You have leadership spirit and know how to listen, observe, evaluate, and give feedback
  • You demonstrate autonomy and responsiveness

 

Hard Skills

  • Strategic execution: expertise in defining and translating strategies into operational actions plans
  • Performance tracking: skilled in campaign monitoring, reporting and optimization using dashboards and analytic tools such as Salesforce
  • CRM and Marketing automation: proficiency in tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, GA, Appsflyer
  • Lead generation and nurturing: proven capability in designing and executing data-driven acquisition and re-targeting campaigns; knowledge of paid and organic channels including SEA, SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, lead providers
  • Cross-functional leadership: ability to lead cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Merchant teams to achieve integrated business outcomes
