Position Summary
The Graphics Lead for the Team will lead the design, development, and delivery of graphical user interfaces and visualization solutions for IBMS and SCADA systems.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure that building automation and security systems are represented through intuitive, accurate, and compliant graphical dashboards. T
The Graphics Lead will oversee a team of engineers, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality graphics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphics engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Graphics Development: Oversee creation of SCADA/IBMS dashboards, floor plans, and system visualization interfaces.
- System Integration: Ensure graphics align with real-time data from HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and physical security systems.
- Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and deliver graphics projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Establish standards for accuracy, usability, and compliance in graphical representations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, OEMs, and internal teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
- Training & Documentation: Develop SOPs, guidelines, and training materials for graphics engineers and end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in IBMS/SCADA systems with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in graphics development tools and SCADA visualization platforms.
- vendor-specific certifications (Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls).
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SCADA visualization tools, AutoCAD, BIM, and graphics design software.
- System Integration: Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and other industry protocols.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide and develop engineering talent.
- Communication Skills: Strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
