About the job:
- Conduct creditworthiness analysis for SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) clients based on financial statements, cash flow, and supporting documents.
- Verify customer data and perform on-line calls or on-site business visits when required.
- Prepare credit analysis reports and credit proposals, including approval or rejectionrecommendations.
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential risks or early warning signs.
- Ensure credit assessment processes comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of borrower performance and business conditions.
- Coordinate with business, product, risk management, and other teams.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably in the SME segment.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit riskmanagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google suites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking, multifinance, or fintech industries.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations (e.g., OJK or relevant regulatory bodies).
- Relevant certifications in credit analysis or risk management.
