  • Retain and grow business in line with agreed targets.

  • Take ownership of customer relationships, providing proactive and responsive support.

  • Manage renewals, account growth opportunities, pricing discussions and debt management activities.

  • Hold regular customer meetings virtually and face-to-face to understand customer needs and strengthen partnerships.

  • Identify opportunities for referrals and new business within your portfolio.

  • Keep customers informed and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.

  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve customer queries and deliver positive outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete administration tasks within agreed timescales.

  • Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights with the wider team.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and embrace change positively.

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts.

  • Experience working directly with customers, including face-to-face meetings.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • A track record of retaining and growing customer accounts.
