THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Account Executive II to join our SMB team in Paris! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.
Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first SMB BDRs in the country, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—generating pipeline, engaging HR leaders, and contributing to both the development of our local sales playbook and our go-to-market approach.
This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to a new market, and help shape our long-term success in France.
YOUR IMPACTReporting to the Country Lead your core mission will be to manage a wide portfolio of growing B2B businesses (typically up to 500 employees) and ensure their long-term satisfaction through the following pillars:
- High-Velocity Onboarding: Lead the digital launch and setup process for a high volume of new SMB clients, guiding HR leads and business owners through their first 90 days seamlessly.
- Engagement & Activation Drive: Create and execute scalable communication strategies (webinars, automated campaigns, and digital toolkits) to introduce Wellhub to our clients' workforces and rapidly increase user sign-ups.
- Portfolio Health & Optimization: Monitor account health data to proactively identify low-engagement accounts, intervening with creative solutions to boost activation and prevent early churn.
- Commercial Retention: Own the renewal cycle for your portfolio, handling high-volume contract renewals, minor contract updates, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Collaborate closely with the SMB Sales team to ensure smooth client handovers
- You have 1+ year of experience in sales, high-velocity sales, or client-facing roles. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus.
- You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
- You are motivated by targets and bring energy to outbound activity.
- You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
- You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
- You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the French workforce lead happier, healthier lives.
