*Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite position* 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation: Make 50-80 calls per day to generate qualified phone meetings by following up with leads from marketing campaigns, individual prospecting, and various call lists. 
  • Sales Support: Monitor and answer the sales queues for both phone and live chat. 
  • Sales Funnel Management: Ensure the progression of leads and opportunities through the sales funnel. 
  • Product Knowledge: Understand Vagaro’s product offering, its position in the marketplace, and be able to compare and contrast Vagaro with competitors. 
  • CRM Management: Track all lead activity using SalesForce.com. 
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain reliability by attending scheduled shifts. 
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in sales/demand generation position. Experience in B2B, beauty, wellness and fitness industry, or SaaS sales a plus. 
  • You have a track record of growing in a self-starting environment, demonstrating your drive, creativity, and intellect. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to understand customer needs, provide consultations over the web and on the phone, and to persuade different stakeholders. 
  • You have awesome customer service skills. 
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor, and open mind. 
  • Resilient. When they hang up or respond negatively, you plow forward with a smile. 
  • An entrepreneurial drive with a hunger to do sales. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities and tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Ability to communicate how we differentiate from our competitors. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, SalesForce.com, auto dialers, scheduling software, LiveChat and/or other CRM tools.
