Responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities
Do field canvassing or phone cold calling to generate lead, and set face to face or virtual meeting with potential customer.
Handling new customer acquisition.
To understand prospect purchasing needs and present most suitable pricing and quotation offer
Initiate account creation for prospect using our internal sales tool
Increasing the spend by product penetration and managing the margin of accounts visited.
Handling assigned customer's enquiry and support on after sales service.
To achieve monthly sales margin and target given
Provide full purchase and business dealing information to prospect customer to ensure proper business dealing understanding is established
Work closely with all internal stakeholder to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco standard service level.
Work on full category compliance to maximise customer potential
Any other relevant adhoc tasks assign to you from time to time by the management
