SUMMARYThe SMB Sales Account representative position focuses on supporting the customer by providing premier customer service, account maintenance, as well as generating new revenue for the enterprise from upsell and new service additions for assigned accounts. The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with Comporium’s small to mid-size customer base. This includes daily customer visits, customer account reviews and cross departmental collaboration to ensure an exemplary customer experience for customers across all markets. The SMB Sales Account representative will be responsible for utilizing a CRM platform to document all sales activities and customer interactions with the primary focus on strengthening customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new revenue from existing customer base, meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas through solution-based selling, effectively communicating products and services that would be optimal for the customer.
Maintaining Business Accounts in CRM (Contracts, Activities, New Opportunities) to allow for all departments and workgroups to effectively service and manage the customer experience and relationship. Collaborates and assist as needed for customer response and assisting with sales orders. Follow up on customer troubles on behalf of the Business Services Sales Team.
Overall account management including customer visitation, bill reviews, and all service activities associated with assigned accounts to ensure optimal renewal and retention opportunities.
Other duties and special projects as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience in Business Sales
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
Must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to maintain a high level of performance
Must have valid Driver's License and good driving record
Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends
Complete enterprise Yellow Belt training
