The Role

JOB SUMMARY:

Interested in Account Management? Want to work with SMB sellers on a daily basis? Then this role is for you! This professional will be an active team member on our Seller Support team. The focus of this group is to provide support to existing and new SMB sellers on the B-Stock Supply platform. In addition, this person will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new enterprise sellers and will be working towards launching new sellers in a deadline-driven environment. The SMB & Implementations Coordinator will manage all related tools and documentation while providing basic-level reporting on identifiable trends and areas of improvement.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for SMB seller inquiries 
  • Assist new sellers with signing up to sell up on the B-Stock Supply platform
  • Handle day to day administrative support for any sellers on SMB marketplace
  • Audit, update, and maintain information on the back end of the SMB marketplace.
  • Manage the implementation process for recently signed enterprise clients by gathering key deliverables needed for setup, organizing internal and external calls, developing and following a project plan and successfully launching new sellers onto the B-Stock platform 
  • Maintain and update implementation processes, forms and documentation for internal teams


PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • 1+ years in an operations role within the SaaS space or an e-commerce-related industry
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working independently and with other teams 
  • Familiarity with using Salesforce 
  • Self-motivated, with high energy, an engaging level of enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial in spirit
  • Be a team player, reliable, and someone who naturally collaborates with others (at all levels) and doesn’t hesitate to engage other teams to achieve the best results


The pay rate for this role will range between $50,000 to $60,000. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant’s work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.
