About the Role

As a SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within SMB prospects. You will position Teramind as the supplier of choice within your accounts.
To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client’s requirements and be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.
The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find a valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in negotiating at the C-suite level
  • Skilled at building and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Energetic, dedicated, and creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, focused on driving business success
  • Expertise in leading complex negotiations and managing end-to-end product deployment
  • Results-driven collaborator, able to tailor presentations and demos to meet client objectives and requirements
  • Experienced in leading facilitated workshops with senior executives and driving actionable outcomes
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Team-oriented, able to foster strong relationships and deliver projects on time
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage quotes, proposals, trial instances, and maintain customer and organizational contacts via HubSpot
  • Ensure timely completion of HubSpot tasks and respond to customer and partner emails promptly
  • Manage opportunities from inception to closure
  • Set reminders, follow up on tasks, and ensure completion
  • Become a subject matter expert on Teramind’s solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Schedule and lead demo meetings, discovery calls, and webinars
  • Address customer inquiries professionally
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure customers receive the necessary support
  • Navigate deal pipelines according to established guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with Teramind executives on deal registration to approve or decline deals as required
  • Lead onboarding for resellers/partners after discovery calls
