Job Title: Smart Metering Technical Lead

Salary: £40,560 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

What you’ll be doing?
As a Smart Metering Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving improvements across the Field Services department. You will be the link between our back-office operations and field-based teams, to support the successful delivery of Utilita’s installation and commissioning processes.
You will identify opportunities for new processes and lead the implementation of change initiatives that drive efficiency and improvement. You will proactively review error trends, resolve inaccurate data, and provide reports to senior leaders.
What you’ll bring?
An understanding of energy licence regulations and smart metering systems is essential, along with proven experience in the technical delivery of smart meter installation. Your ability to drive efficiency and enhance processes will be a key part of your success in this role.
You will work closely with industry third parties to resolve outstanding issues, leveraging your excellent communication skills to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
