Position Summary:
Deliver efficient installation of all instruments according to procedures.
Ensure upgrades and modifications are performed in designated territory within the specified time frame.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient installation of all instruments according to procedures

Ensure upgrades and modifications are performed in designated territory within the specified time frame

Plans and executes preventative maintenance of instruments in designated territory

Feedback of spare parts usage to ensure accurate and minimum spare parts inventory holding
-
Report complaint within 24hours of awareness, and deliver timely and effective troubleshooting service to maximize uptime of all instruments and improve customer experience

Handle Field Corrective Actions per SOP requirement, strictly follow the instructions from OCD global

Ensure the measurement tool(s) is(are) calibrated whenever applicable

Provide assistance, as required, for customer and business needs, including but not limited to assistance with the prompt and effective launch of new instruments

Contribute scientific and technical knowledge of products and their application to sales team as part of winning new accounts;

Provide a level of service that ensures customer retention by routine interfacing and rapport building with all appropriate levels in customers

Comply with applicable policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer or related fields or equivalent qualifications

Able to communicate English

Effective Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues to customers
