Small Teams - Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, & Administrative Support Specialist for Pooling
We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented professionals to join our team in an onsite setup for the roles of Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Support Specialist.
In this environment, you’ll work closely with team members onsite to ensure day-to-day operations flow seamlessly, all while bringing structure, efficiency, and reliability to every task.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Depending on your role and experience, your day-to-day may include:
- Calendar and inbox management
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
- Creating and formatting documents or reports
- Data entry, CRM updates, and customer service tasks
- Project coordination and research
- Supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and business teams
- We’re hiring for a range of experience levels—entry through senior—for future client projects
- Experience in admin, virtual support, or executive assistance
- Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and CRMs
- Professional, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Clear communicator — both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks without missing a beat
- Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to clients' unique needs
