JoomPro is the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. We aim to create a new level of service in wholesale purchasing and give businesses around the world the opportunity to easily and efficiently order goods directly from manufacturers in China, with plans to expand to other countries in the future.

Joom Group also includes Joom Marketplace, a global shopping platform; JoomPulse, a data analytics platform for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group operates globally, with offices in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Small Batches Customer Advisor to manage the sales funnel for long-tail clients, supporting them from the first contact as a lead through to deal closure. This role involves handling a high volume of lower-value transactions while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a high standard of customer communication.
Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads throughout the full sales funnel, from first contact to deal closure
  • Communicate with long-tail customers and understand their needs related to small-batch orders
  • Respond clearly and accurately to customer questions about products, pricing, logistics, and processes
  • Prepare and send commercial offers and follow up to close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, deals, and customer data in CRM systems
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Identify potential issues or risks in orders and proactively escalate them when needed
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or another client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Ability to explain processes and information in a clear and structured way
  • Confidence working with CRM systems and internal tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
  • Familiarity with cross-border trade, logistics, or wholesale processes
  • English proficiency
