The Role

We are looking for an analytically rigorous sales leader to own retention, expansion, and marketplace performance of Artsy’s Small Accounts segment of our Galleries Business.

This leader will combine strong people leadership with deep business acumen. They will be responsible for building and iterating on an effective operating system that drives retention and growth, coaching a team of account executives, and personally engaging in high-impact renewal, churn-risk, and expansion conversations when necessary.

This is a critical role to scaling Artsy’s revenue efficiently while delivering high-quality, consultative sales experiences to our gallery partners. You will shape how we retain and grow to serve thousands of small and emerging galleries globally.

What You’ll Do at Artsy
  • Own headline retention and expansion targets for the Small Accounts segment

  • Build and run a rigorous operating cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews

  • Define, track, and enforce accountability against leading-indicator KPIs that drive retention outcomes

  • Conduct deep root-cause analysis on performance trends and translate insights into action

  • Act as the embedded RevOps leader for the segment, owning forecasting, pipeline health, data quality, and performance reporting

  • Design and deliver sales enablement including playbooks, talk tracks, and ongoing coaching

  • Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve sales quality

  • Build or vibe-code lightweight bots, automations, and dashboards that scale team productivity

  • Step into key renewal, churn-risk, and upsell conversations with strategic partners

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Leadership to inform roadmap and pricing

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience leading B2B SaaS sales and/or account management teams

  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design systems, processes, and metrics

  • Advanced analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets, BI tools, and CRM data

  • Demonstrated success driving accountability to both outcomes and inputs

  • Experience acting as or partnering closely with Revenue Operations/FP&A and product management teams

  • Hands-on experience using AI to automate workflows and augment sales execution

  • Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership presence

What We Offer:
  • Opportunity to reimagine the art industry while working with a talented, diverse, international team.

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flexible time off: our culture of trust and empowerment allows employees to take the time they need away from work while still excelling in their roles

  • We are a global hybrid team: most employees work from our NYC, London, or Berlin offices 2-3 days per week. (In-person expectations vary by role)

  • Comprehensive healthcare & benefit options, including: medical, dental, parental leave, short- and long-term disability, Employee Assistance Program featuring free mental health support, 401k, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), financial wellness support & resources, and more

  • Professional development, including: mentoring, lunch & learns, regular training, 1:1 management, and an open feedback culture

  • Engaging opportunities and internal programming globally, to foster new relationships and build upon our collaborative community. Including: happy hours, holiday parties, global "All Hands" meetings, "Artsy Salon" (a yearly exhibition of our team's creativity), attendance to art world events, and more

The base salary range for this role spans multiple levels and is $90,000-$130,000 annually. In addition, you will be eligible for the company’s commission plan ($40,000-50,000 at full target attainment).

All compensation packages include meaningful Artsy equity and competitive health benefits. Please see our “What We Offer” above for more detail, or speak to our Talent Acquisition Team to learn more!

Please note that we do not accept applications sent by email. You should submit your application directly through our careers website!
