Quota-carrying role responsible for full sales cycle to acquire galleries across EMEA. Drive lead generation, manage pipeline in Salesforce and Outreach, close subscription deals, exceed revenue targets, cultivate long-term gallery relationships, handle objections, and use AI/automation to improve efficiency.

Lead evolution of Artsy and Artnet brands by shaping strategy, visual identity, and scalable design systems. Manage a small creative team, direct contractors and partners, partner with Product, Growth, and Content to deliver cross-channel campaigns, and build AI-enabled workflows and production systems to ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

Lead the evolution of Artsy and Artnet brand and visual identities across touchpoints. Define brand strategy, visual systems, and scalable creative frameworks; direct campaigns, photographers, designers, and partners; build AI-enabled production workflows; collaborate with Product, Growth, and Content; and lead a small creative team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across digital, physical, and experiential channels.

Create and execute B2B content strategy for galleries, producing webinars, case studies, sales enablement, and email campaigns. Manage content projects end-to-end, maintain content calendars and hubs, track performance metrics to iterate, and collaborate with Sales and Editorial to align content with business priorities and customer needs.

Lead HR Operations for the combined Artsy and Artnet organization, owning employee lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits, global HR compliance, HRIS and systems optimization, workplace experience, and post-merger People integration. Manage a team of four and build scalable, automated people operations to support growth.

Own and evolve Artsy's Kubernetes-based platform on AWS, improve cluster architecture and CI/CD pipelines, build self-service infrastructure, enable developer workflows, and collaborate with product teams to improve scalability, reliability, and operability.
