We are looking for professional and personable internet/ BDC Representatives to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers, while assisting us in building and representing our brand. EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably experience within the automotive industry, however we will train the right person for the job.
- Phone sales/calling center experience also welcome
- Used to making 100 plus calls a day
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Contacting and communicating with customers while identifying their needs.
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network.
- Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email as well as video conversation. (sending videos to customers creates a more genuine relationship)
- Reach goals and produce a high closing ratio on internet leads.
- Answer sales phones calls and set appointments for clients.
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills. Legible and clean on paper as well.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends depending on business needs.
- Strong motivation and organization expertise with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to meet or exceed all department key performance indicators that measure overall performance.
- Work through 3rd party sites for acquisitions and off street purchases
