Slot Technician II
Casino Fandango is hiring a Slot Technician II—previous experience required. If you have hands-on skills, enjoy troubleshooting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’re looking for an experienced Slot Technician who can manage a shift with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance and cleaning on slot machines
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical components
- Assist with machine moves, installs, and conversions
- Support floor operations for guests
- Help resolve guest issues related to machines
- Follow all gaming regulations and company procedures
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn electronics (AC/DC knowledge is a plus, not required)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21+ (gaming requirement)
- Registration with the Gaming Control Board – transfer existing or obtained during hiring process
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests, coworkers, and management in a friendly manner
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Comfortable in a casino environment (noise, lights, smoke)
- Able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
Tools and Equipment You’ll Use:
- Multimeters & basic diagnostic tools
- Hand tools & soldering equipment (including hand truck and machine lift)
- Computer systems (Microsoft Office, tracking systems)
