Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise frontline team members and assign work duties.
  • Manage slot machine reservations and promote casino initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor employees and create an engaging work environment.
  • Manage schedules as required.
  • Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures and/or provincial lottery/ gaming policies and procedures.
  • Manage or report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary.
  • Acquire and maintain a knowledge of all slot operations policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of all slot operations policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor employees and create an engaging work environment.

What You Bring

  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience, casino/ hospitality industry preferred.
  • Post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience an asset.
  • Experience handling cash and working with the public.
  • Superior customer service and people management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of slot machine functions is an asset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain a license from IGCO.
  • SIR certification.
  • A willingness to develop new skills and stay on top of the latest industry news and insights.
