About The Role 

We are recruiting a motivated Graduate SKU Range Engineer to join our team. The role will be part of the SKU Range team, involving in managing SKU-related tasks, including creating and maintaining SKU, setting up SAP data, and liaising with cross fucntional teams. You will also engage with stakeholders to support project activities and contribute to problem-solving efforts.  

You will work as part of a multi-disciplined team.

  • Possesses good knowledge and interest in managing and analysing data, e.g. Pivot tables 

  • Self starter, energetic, keen to learn 

  • Flexible in approach 

  • Diligent, thorough, realistic 

  • Highly motivated person with good communication skills and able to motive a team 

  • The ability to work on a number of tasks concurrently without losing focus. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of Product Hierarchy and Classification in SAP/S4HANA. 

  • Assist in analysing technical and commercial variants, Ranging Documents and market requirements to facilitate SKU Market Grouping and rationalization. 

  • Support the analysis of Ranging Documents to identify SKUs for discontinuation/delisting. 

  • Track, analyze, and report on SKU Performance metrics, and assist in monitoring SKU KPIs. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate adhoc SKU requests, ensuring all relevant KPIs and insights are provided to support decision-making. 

  • Responsible for maintenance of SKU status in SAP, ensuring accurate alignment with Ranging Document and SKU lifecycle status changes - phasing-out (Z3 status), end-of-production (Z4 status), and EOS /delisted/final sales (Z7status). 

  • Manage the EOP CR process, collaborating closely with the E&O team to evaluate and validate final claims prior to submitting CRs for authorization.
