Position Summary:
To skip, locate and recover collateral while managing client repossession accounts to resolution and to provide clients and repossession agents with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Utilizes internal company provided skip tools and the internet skip tools provided and the phone to locate customers and/or collateral and recover for client

Provides skip information in response to client needs and update expectations

Communicates with field recovery agents
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Customer Service or industry-related experience preferred; prior secured auto collections and Bankruptcy experience preferred

Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation skills preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm in volatile and/or difficult situations

Ability to type a minimum of 30-40 words per minute (WPM)

Ability to work as a team and individually

Ability to sit for an extended period with the ability to remain focused

Ability to execute all processes accurately and without error and multi task
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers. The office environment is an open workspace with individual workstations. The noise level of the environment is usually moderate. This position is a sedentary position with seldom to occasional lifting of less than 11 pounds; requires frequent lifting of less than 1 pound; and may require standing less than or equal to 1/3 of the day.
