REGULAR DAY FOR YOU WILL INCLUDE:
- Gather information to locate missing vehicles using tools such as Canada 411, Credit Bureau Reports, social media, etc. for the Customer Accounts Department.
- Try to locate the missing vehicle by searching the last area client was last living including where the vehicle may have been serviced/impounded.
- Participate in team building and incentive projects.
- Maintain a working queue of approximately 50-100 files with the ability to multitask.
- Conduct as required compliance testing or other assigned projects as they present themselves.
- Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have at least a minimum of 1 year of skip trace experience.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English.
- You are proficient on all social media platforms and open-source tools.
- You think "outside the box" and can decipher credit bureau reports.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Strong development of personal contacts within the industry for trace and investigative assistance.
- You can collaborate well with various teams and departments.
Extra-awesome to have!
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar industry.
- Experience working as a bailiff/investigator.
- Post-secondary education.
Working conditions
- You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 9:30 a.m.to 6:00 pm, 12:30 to 9:00 p.m.
