Job Title:  2026 Internship Opportunities
Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices, on-site & full-time. Imperative Care does not provide relocation or additional housing compensation for the summer internship.

What You’ll Do
Our interns will work individually and with others on impactful department-specific projects to help the team in the development of novel technology for the treatment of stroke & vascular disease. We are looking for interns with a interest in exploring the various aspects of medical device industry including Clinical, Manufacturing, Marketing, Operations, Process Development, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs. 
What You’ll Bring
  • Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field (e.g. Bioengineering, Material Engineering, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering), Marketing, Business, Communications or similar field
  • A minimum of 2 years of college-level coursework cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong organizational skills: management of multiple priorities, deadlines, and timing
  • Ability to work independently using good judgment and initiative
  • Strong creative and analytical thinker who is intellectually curious
  • Ability to solve technical issues by troubleshooting and determining root cause.
  • Good interpersonal skills, effective communication with your own and other departments

Our internship program is designed to give interns foundational experience and exposure to a variety of roles and areas of focus to help prepare them for a career in MedTech.
You will meet people in various positions throughout the company and learn about career paths in the medical device industry.  This program also offers ongoing networking, learning and professional development opportunities, social activities, and peer-to-peer interaction..
What is the Interview Process?

All interns will complete a series of interviews which will include meeting with the hiring manager and a variety of employees you will partner with during the internship. A scheduling coordinator will work with you on your availability to conduct these interviews and ensure you have everything you need for successful interviews. Each interview will last for thirty minutes and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
